If you were able to join us this weekend you might have heard Dr. Gulley talk about the different things you can do to combat fatigue – like meditation, yoga, massage, a healthy diet and the importance of sleep. Here is a short little video for those of you that aren’t sure about meditation. Remember we offer meditation on the second Monday of the month.
